Background:

Qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong Kong before joining Lai & Fan in 1988 where he was made a partner in 1991. Stephen became a partner in RSM Nelson Wheeler in January 1999 when Lai & Fan merged with RSM Nelson Wheeler. Primary responsibilities are auditing, insolvency practice and management consulting. Stephen is an a member of the Official Receiver's Administrative Panel Insolvency Practitioners of Appointment Takers for court winding-up in Hong Kong.
