Background:

Qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sydney in 1983 and joined their Hong Kong office in 1984. Left PricewaterhouseCoopers to become a partner in Lai & Fan in 1989 and became a partner in RSM Nelson Wheeler in January 1999 when Lai & Fan merged with RSM Nelson Wheeler. Joe heads up the firms's audit division and has primary responsibility for managing the firm's China based operations. Joe is experienced in auditing, tax planning, management consulting and insolvency matters. He retired from RSM Nelson Wheeler in June 2007.
