Background:

Qualified with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Hong Kong. Joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager in 1997 and became a partner in 1998. Eugene joined RSM Nelson Wheeler as a partner in January 2000. Eugene is experienced in conducting audit and capital market work in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. His primary responsibilities are corporate finance and audits of companies targeting capital markets. Eugene also has extensive experience in business valuations of closely held companies in Hong Kong.
