Background:

Graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University and qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong Kong. Admitted as a partner of Chan, Chu & Co. in 1988 before joining Lai & Fan as a partner in 1991. Experienced in auditing and Hong Kong taxation, Ricky became a partner in RSM Nelson Wheeler in January 1999 when Lai & Fan merged with RSM Nelson Wheeler.
