Background:

Cecilia joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1993 and later PricewaterhouseCoopers after the merger of Coopers & Lybrand with Price Waterhouse. She joined RSM Nelson Wheeler in 2002 and became principal in January 2008. In addition to cross border assurance engagements, she has experience in both listed and unlisted clients, initial public offerings and due diligence review.
