Aron Leung obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration from The University of Manchester. He joined RSM Nelson Wheeler in 2007 and became a Director of Transaction Advisory Services in January 2012.

Aron had more than 13 years of professional experience in the areas of transaction advisory, pre-IPO review and assurance services to listed and private companies in Hong Kong, China, Japan and New Zealand. He was specialized in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence review and provided transaction support services to cross border M&A transactions in various industries including retailing, manufacturing, media, tourism, transportation, property development and pharmaceuticals. He also provided pre-IPO review services to a number of private companies seeking for going public in Hong Kong.

Aron was an experienced speaker on the topics of “M&A Risk Management and Common Issues” and “Financial Due Diligence” to various workshops held by accounting associations and a professional training organization based in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. He also delivered training on M&A topics to the Chairman of a Hong Kong listed company.
