Cecilia Wong obtained a Bachelor in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Cecilia joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1993 and later PricewaterhouseCoopers after the merger of Coopers & Lybrand with Price Waterhouse. She joined RSM Nelson Wheeler in 2002 and became Principal in January 2008.

With more than 15 years of experience, Cecilia focuses in providing professional accounting services such as audit, Initial Public Offerings and financial advisory to clients. Prior and existing clients covered a wide range of industries including construction, transportation & logistics, property development and property investment, engineering, manufacturing, information technology, investment holding, retail, advertising, marketing and exhibition, media and non-profit organization. She has extensive experience in managing sizable clients including Hong Kong listed companies and multi-national corporations with operation spans over Hong Kong, the P.R.C. and global locations.

Apart from audit assurance services, she was also involved in internal control review for a Singapore listed company which has operation in Hong Kong and the P.R.C. In addition, she was in charge of an engagement in providing professional services for a Hong Kong listed company to prepare an internal review report on the internal control of the captioned listed company as requested by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
