Lilian Poon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) (major in Mathematics and minor in Economics).

She has over fifteen years of experience in taxation. Qualified with Ernst & Young, she has worked with the Tax Division of Ernst & Young in Hong Kong for more than five years before joining RSM Nelson Wheeler.

Being the Tax Partner of RSM Nelson Wheeler, her primary responsibilities are tax planning and advisory work for multinational and local listed companies in a wide variety of industries. Lilian also has considerable experience in developing tax-efficient investment and operation structures, advising on inbound and outbound investments, advising on corporate re-structuring, handling tax due diligence, obtaining tax rulings, advising clients on tax disputes and exemption claims with the Inland Revenue Department, and representing clients in tax investigation and field audit.

Lilian is an active speaker on Hong Kong Taxation and related areas with various professional and commercial bodies.
