Chan Ka Ho obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ka Ho joined RSM Nelson Wheeler in 2004 and was promoted to the position of Director in January 2012. He has extensive experience in performing tax services for personal and corporate clients, both advisory and compliance services for clients of different size and industry including trading, manufacturing, publishing, servicing, etc.

He is well-versed in reviewing and advising tax efficient structures for clients, formulating tax strategies for merger and acquisition including tax due diligence review, and conducting review of clients’ operations to identify tax planning opportunities. He is familiar in providing practical and constructive advices for the expatriates and senior management’s remuneration packages and taxation matters. Besides, he is conversant in dealing with field audit and tax investigation cases conducted by the Inland Revenue Department.
