Lilian has over fifteen years of experience in taxation.
Qualified with Ernst & Young, she has worked with the Tax Division of Ernst & Young in Hong Kong for more than five years before joining RSM Nelson Wheeler.
Being the Tax Director of RSM Nelson Wheeler, her primary responsibilities are tax planning and advisory work for multinational and local listed companies in a wide variety of industries. Lilian also has considerable experience in developing tax-efficient investment and operation structures, advising on corporate re-structuring, handling tax due diligence for merger and acquisition, obtaining tax rulings, advising clients on disputes with the Inland Revenue Department, and representing clients in tax investigation and field audit.
