Graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and qualified with Ernst & Young in Hong Kong. Experienced in auditing and corporate finance activities and well versed with accounting and auditing standards. Joel has extensive experience in providing technical support to audit firms in relation to audit and other assurance engagements of listed clients. Joined RSM Nelson Wheeler as the technical director in 2006.
