Our Staff Partner, Mr. Chris Wong, was invited by Mr. George W. Russell (Editor at Large) of A Plus to comment on the issue of staff retention.
With the foreseeable global economy instability and the trend of worldwide corporations moving into China, Mr. Wong regarded that much more junior staff are more likely to quit for a better position. On the other hand, he addressed how our firm concerns about work-life balance of staff by offering a friendly working environment and a variety of extra-curricular activities.

| Brief Description: |
This event was organized by CPA Australia in Conrad Hotel Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Close to 700 students attended which lasted almost for the whole day on that Saturday.
As the "Platinum Exhibitor", our Staff Partner, Mr. Chris Wong, was honored to attend the ceremony and being awarded for our Firm support to the event. We also made a presentation to the graduating students the background of our firm, our core services and staff’s career development in our firm.
Our Partner (Audit & Assurance Services), Mr. Ronald Yam, was interviewed by CPA Australia as well.
Mr. Yam regarded a high caliber accounting staff should possess not only excellent personal and job skills but also a positive and proactive attitude towards the accounting profession.
He also mentioned how our Firm provides support to new staff such as in-house training and mentoring programme to adapt to the new working environment.
