Our Partners, Mr. Eugene Liu and Mr. Patrick Lo, were interviewed by Mr. Lloyd Chan (Financial Reporter) of TVB.
During the interview, Mr. Liu pointed out challenges and difficulties when rendering IPO services to foreign companies. He further pointed out the advantages to be listed in Hong Kong market and forecasted the industries which might have their IPOs to Hong Kong in the future.
Mr. Lo also shared his ideas on corporate governance issues of these foreign IPOs.
